Terms of Service

Interior Prep Studio provides educational resources for individuals preparing for the NCIDQ examinations, including IDFX, IDIX, and IDPX. Depending on the program and current platform features, study resources may include:

• Structured lessons
• Audio and video instruction
• Key concepts and terminology
• Flashcards
• Practice questions
• Free diagnostic assessments
• Module reviews
• Full-length practice examinations
• Performance history and study analytics
• Study Readiness indicators
• AI-assisted tutoring and study support

Features and content may be updated over time as the program is improved.

Interior Prep Studio is an independent study provider. Interior Prep Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by CIDQ. NCIDQ and related names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the examinations for which the platform provides preparation materials. Interior Prep Studio does not claim access to confidential, recalled, leaked, or proprietary examination questions. Practice questions and examinations offered through the platform are independently developed study materials.

Interior Prep Studio is intended as an educational study resource. Diagnostic results, practice scores, full-length practice examination results, Study Readiness indicators, AI Tutor responses, and other performance information are internal study tools. They are not official CIDQ examination scores. No score, recommendation, lesson completion percentage, or Study Readiness value guarantees that you will pass an examination. You remain responsible for reviewing current examination requirements, policies, references, and eligibility information published by the appropriate examination authority.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your login credentials. Accounts are intended for individual use. You may not share an account in a way that allows another person to avoid purchasing their own membership. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly.

Paid access is provided through a recurring monthly membership unless otherwise stated at checkout. The current price, billing interval, and included services are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. Your membership renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel through the billing portal available from your account. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy, cancellation normally prevents future renewal while allowing access through the end of the period already paid for. Please review the separate Refund Policy for additional information.

Interior Prep Studio may provide selected diagnostic assessments without requiring a paid membership. Free diagnostics are designed to help identify potential areas for further study. A free diagnostic:

• Is not an official NCIDQ examination.
• Is not an official score.
• Does not predict whether you will pass an examination.
• Does not provide access to all paid lessons, question banks, recordings, or reserved full-length examinations.

Diagnostic recommendations are educational guidance based on the answers submitted.

You may use Interior Prep Studio for your own personal study. You may not:

• Resell or commercially redistribute platform content.
• Publish substantial portions of the question bank.
• Systematically scrape or download protected course content.
• Share paid credentials to circumvent membership requirements.
• Attempt to access another user's account, results, or private information.
• Circumvent membership, security, or access controls.
• Use automated systems to extract protected content at scale.
• Upload malicious software or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Attempt to obtain answer keys or restricted exam information through unauthorized means.

Reasonable personal study notes and ordinary use of accessibility tools are permitted.

Original Interior Prep Studio lessons, explanations, graphics, software presentation, study tools, and independently developed practice materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your membership provides a limited right to use the materials for your own personal study. It does not transfer ownership of the materials to you. Third-party names, trademarks, standards, publications, and reference materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The AI Tutor is provided as a study aid. AI-generated responses may contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information. You should verify important information against the course materials and authoritative references. The AI Tutor does not provide official examination guidance, legal advice, professional design advice, or any guarantee about your examination outcome. Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, confidential client information, employer-confidential information, or other sensitive information into the AI Tutor.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, security issues, or product updates may temporarily affect availability. We may update features, course organization, interfaces, and study tools as the platform evolves.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or its content. Examples may include:

• Fraudulent activity
• Credential sharing
• Unauthorized redistribution of protected content
• Attempts to bypass access controls
• Security attacks
• Systematic extraction of the question bank
• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms

Where appropriate, we may contact the account holder before taking action.

Interior Prep Studio relies on third-party technology providers for parts of the service, including payment processing, database and authentication infrastructure, media delivery, hosting, and AI functionality. Use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Interior Prep Studio provides educational study materials on an "as available" basis. We work to maintain accurate and useful content, but educational materials, regulations, standards, references, and examination requirements can change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Interior Prep Studio does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every individual's circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Interior Prep Studio will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on study materials, practice scores, AI-generated responses, or inability to access the platform temporarily. Any final jurisdiction-specific limitation of liability will be governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such a limitation would be prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner where required.
